With a career that spans operations and the revenue organization, Rebecca’s expertise lies in identifying projects and functions lacking clear ownership, pinpointing operational friction within organizations, and skillfully remedying these issues to drive efficiency and success.

As current Chief Marketing Officer at Numentum, a buyer experience consultancy, Rebecca is responsible for brand, market intelligence, growth strategy, and pipeline acceleration. She also heads category creation, message and positioning, and operational efficiency. 

In her position as Head of Enterprise and Channel Marketing for North America at cybersecurity mainstay F-Secure, Rebecca navigated the region through the complex acquisition and new brand integration of startup MWRInfosecurity. Under her supervision, the company launched and developed a robust, community-driven events program to train up-and-coming technical talent.  

At Sprinklr, Rebecca opened the company’s Tokyo office before building an analyst relations program that partnered with the development team to drive almost 100 new product upgrades and additions within the first eighteen months. She went on to build a successful strategic partner program with Microsoft, Twitter, SAP, and IBM before building out the company’s first North American field marketing program, including a successful programmatic event series that generated and accelerated revenue quarter-over-quarter. 

Rebecca has a proven track record as an all-rounder who excels in successfully guiding companies through challenging economic landscapes. She has overseen double-digit growth year over year at every company she’s joined. With a diverse portfolio career spanning major industries, collaborations with multinational brands, and innovative entrepreneurial ventures, she has consistently delivered rapid expansion within time and budget constraints.
